Boiler softening water equipment plays an important role as a good helper of the boiler. Boiler is one of the common devices in industrial production, but when the boiler water contains super-hard salt substances, such as calcium and magnesium ions, it will produce scale on the boiler, thereby reducing the thermal efficiency of the boiler, increasing fuel consumption, and even may cause local overheating and damage components, causing explosion. Therefore, industrial boilers should carry out water softening treatment, generally using cation exchange resin (water softener), the water ca2+, mg2+ (the main component of the formation of scale) replacement, with the increase of ca2+, mg2+ in the resin, the efficiency of the removal of ca2+, mg2+ gradually decreased. When the resin absorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, it must be regenerated, and the regeneration process is to wash the resin layer with salt water in the salt box, and replace the hardness ions on the resin, and then discharge the recycled waste liquid outside the tank, and the resin recovers the softening exchange function. 1, do not need to do installation foundation, foundation level can; There is a certain gap from the wall, and it can be arranged near the corner according to the actual situation.
2, the inlet and outlet pipes are standard flanges or threaded connections, which need to be fixed and supported, and cannot be supported by the valve body to prevent stress.
3. Water pressure gauge should be installed on the water inlet pipe. When the equipment is running, the flushing water is discharged, and the floor drain or drainage ditch should be set nearby; The blowdown pipe should not be longer than 6 meters, do not install a stop valve, the outlet should not be higher than the valve body, the terminal opening [to avoid siphoning], the fewer elbows the better.
4. If the inlet water pressure is lower than 0.2mpa, a pipeline pump must be installed.
5, the pipe must be flushed before use to avoid impurities clogging the valve body and polluting the resin.
6, brine pipe: the salt tank should be as close as possible to the softening tank, the shorter the brine pipe, the better.
7. Install a distribution socket on the wall near the equipment, which should be equipped with a fuse [generally do not install a switch], and require good grounding.
