Two-stage progressive burnerThe working mode of the burner is low fire-high fire, that is, the burner has two working points, that is, it can work in one stage of fire (low fire) or two stages of fire (high fire), and the switching process is more stable. Connect the electrical and thermostat to the burner and control the second stage of flame operation, or provide a connection terminal for the electronic output regulator. Independent step servo motors control the fuel and air flow respectively. The fan motor meets the European standard IE1. The standard configuration of the electrical protection level IP40.
Technical and performance characteristics:
1. Proportional adjustment operation can be performed through the automatic P.1.D regulator.
2. The mixing device can be directly removed without removing the burner from the boiler, which is convenient for maintenance.
3. The independent servo motor adjusts the air damper opening. When it is paused, the air damper automatically closes to reduce heat loss in the furnace.
4. The sliding flange matched with various boiler flanges can adjust the position of the burner extending into the boiler.
