Product introduction:
The working mode of the burner is start-stop. Once the adjustment setting of the burner is completed, the output power of the burner is fixed (may change slightly due to changes in external conditions), and the burner has only one working point. The start and stop of the burner is controlled by Tc (thermostat or pressure switch) on the control loop. After the burner is started, if the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object is lower than the set value of Tc, Tc is closed and the burner runs; when the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object is higher than the set value of Tc, Tc is disconnected and the burner is controlled to stop; when the temperature (or pressure) of the heated object drops below the set value of Tc, the burner automatically restarts.
Technical and performance characteristics:
1. Sliding flange that matches various boiler flanges: the position of the burner extending into the boiler can be adjusted.
2. Air pressure switch to ensure combustion air.
3. The gas valve group is a complete combination of operating valve, safety valve, minimum pressure switch, pressure regulator and gas filter (except for individual valve groups).
4. The electrical protection level of the standard configuration is IP40, and the electrical protection level can be improved if required
