Direct high purification hot blast stove:
It is the use of direct fuel combustion, high purification treatment to form hot air, and direct contact with the material heating drying or baking.
The fuel is gas fuel, such as gas, natural gas, liquid gas.
The high-temperature combustion gas obtained after the combustion reaction of the fuel is further in contact with the outside air, mixed to a certain temperature and directly into the drying room or baking room, contact with the dried material, heating and evaporating water, so as to obtain dry products. In order to utilize the combustion reaction heat of these fuels, a fuel combustion device must be added.
Indirect hot blast stove:
It is mainly suitable for drying materials that are not allowed to be polluted, or for drying heat-sensitive materials at low temperatures. Such as: milk powder, pharmaceutical, synthetic resin, fine chemicals and so on. This heating device, that is, the vapor, heat conduction oil, flue gas, etc. as a carrier, through a variety of forms of heat exchanger to heat the air.
