Process flow
1.Preparation of liquid medicine: preparation of liquid medicine, and then injected into the storage tank, the storage tank of liquid medicine can be strengthened or diluted according to the need.

2.Feed: First of all, the wood to be treated is put into the trolley, and then the trolley enters the wood dip tank through the track, and the door of the wood dip tank is closed and closed tightly. The specific operations are as follows: (1) First try to close the tank door, observe whether the flange of the tank door and the upper and lower left and right planes of the tank body clamp ring are parallel and adjust in time; (2) After confirming the parallel, start the hydraulic system to screw the clamp ring. (Note: Be sure to make the tank door flange match the tank body clamp ring, and check whether the travel switch on the screw mechanism is intact before starting the hydraulic station or starting the door close.)

3.Vacuum operation: After the tank door is closed, open the vacuum valve, close all other valves, start the vacuum operation, and keep the vacuum.

4.Liquid intake: After vacuum operation, the use of negative pressure for liquid intake, so that the impregnation into the wood impregnation tank.

5.Pressurization: Pressurization according to different materials and standards. Soak the liquid into the wood. According to the type of wood, choose different pressure time.

6.Drain: Drain the impregnation solution and enter the impregnation storage tank.

7.Vacuum: To remove the remaining impregnation from the wood.

8.Discharge: Release pressure before discharge, and then open the door of the wood impregnation tank to discharge material.
