Product introduction:
Autoclave, also known as autoclave and autoclave, is a large pressure vessel with large volume and heavy weight. Autoclave steam supply three stages:
A) Heating stage: After the body enters the autoclave, the door of the autoclave is closed to supply steam to the autoclave, so that the body can reach the highest temperature required for maintenance. This process is called the heating stage. At this stage, we should pay attention not to heat up too fast, if the temperature rises too fast, the temperature difference in the body surface is too large and the thermal stress is generated, and the water evaporation is too fast, resulting in the cracking of the body, of course, the heating rate is related to the strength of the body, temperature and water content. Different billets have different heating rates.
The heating stage is the stage with the largest overall consumption, and its heat consumption is mainly composed of the following parts: heat consumption of heating products; Heat consumption of autoclaves and loading tools; Heat consumption of product water evaporation; Full autoclave free space heat consumption; Steam leakage heat consumption; Heat dissipation; Condensate takes away the heat and so on.
B) constant temperature stage: it is to keep the product at a constant temperature at the highest temperature required for maintenance. The constant temperature time is determined according to the requirements of different product characteristics, the length of time has a great impact on product quality, and the constant temperature time of different products is not the same. The steam consumption in the constant temperature stage is very small, mainly to supplement steam leakage and heat loss in autoclave.
C) Cooling stage: stop steam supply, so that the temperature of the product decreases, this stage of cooling can not be too fast, if the cooling is too fast, it will affect the structure of the product, affect the strength of the product. However, the cooling can not be too slow, too slow will also affect the strength and output of the product.
