Product introduction:
The DZL steam industrial boiler is a longitudinal chain grate steam boiler, the left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with fin film water cooling walls, the inside and outside of the furnace are tubular convection heating surface, and the threaded smoke pipe convection heating surface is arranged in the pot drum. The boiler is divided into the upper and lower two parts of the whole factory, convenient and fast transportation, the site, the upper and lower two parts are upright and hoisted together, and the combined surface clearance is simply sealed to become a boiler with intact assembly and masonry. Fin film water wall, arch tube plate, threaded smoke pipe, boiler shell bottom insulation, front and rear arch optimization, grate split bin air supply, etc., solve the boiler shell boiler tube plate cracks, boiler drum bottom bulking, water wall burst pipe, low thermal efficiency, insufficient output, poor coal quality adaptability and other problems.
