Product introduction:
The DZL10-1.25-T boiler is a single-barrel longitudinal type water fire tube shell type steam boiler, the combustion equipment is a chain grate, the left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with fin film type water cooling wall, the inside and outside of the furnace are tubular convection heating surface, and the threaded smoke pipe convection heating surface is arranged in the pot drum.
The chain grate implements mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan to achieve mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper slag machine to achieve mechanical slag.

1.Compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, small size, save the boiler room infrastructure investment.
2. Stable operation, convenient adjustment, sufficient output.
3. The threaded smoke pipe is used to strengthen heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, because the flue gas has a disturbance in the pipe. The smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate ash, and plays the role of self-cleaning.
