The vacuum hot water boiler forms a vacuum environment with negative pressure inside the closed furnace body, fills the body with heat medium water, heats the heat medium water through combustion or other means, and then evaporates and condenses to the heat exchanger, and then heats the water that needs to be heated by the heat exchanger. Vacuum hot water boilers supply hot water with different temperatures and different uses, such as central air conditioning water, sanitary hot water, process hot water, etc. The structure of the lower part of the vacuum boiler is the same as that of the ordinary boiler, which is composed of the combustion chamber and the heat transfer tube. The lower part is equipped with a heat medium (furnace water), and the upper part is a vacuum steam chamber, in which a U-tube (or straight tube) heat exchanger is inserted. Because the boiler as a whole is operated under negative pressure, it is very safe.
