Product introduction:
SZS series steam boiler products are typical boiler cylinder vertical type "D" layout quick loading water tube boiler, micro positive pressure operation. It is composed of an upper and lower pot tube, a film water cooling wall, superheater, convection tube bundle, energy saver and condenser, the burner is arranged in the front wall, the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas successively washed the first convection tube bundle, superheater, second convection tube bundle, energy saver and condenser, discharged into the chimney.

1, high safety: boiler adopts double boiler cylinder longitudinal D-type arrangement, compact structure, boiler cylinder and other important components are not directly affected by high temperature flame radiation and erosion, pressure elements telescopic freely, small thermal stress, to achieve higher safety margin.
2, good sealing: the boiler furnace and convection flue all around the film water wall structure, the boiler body seal reliable, prevent smoke leakage.
3, less pollutants: the boiler furnace adopts full film water-cooled wall double furnace structure, the furnace volume is large, the water cooling degree is high, the combustion space is large, the combustion temperature is low, the air leakage is less, the generated nitrogen oxides are less, the pollutants are less, and the treatment cost is low.
