Product Description
Product introduction:
When the steam generator is in operation, the fuel is injected into the furnace chamber through the burner and burns fully in the chamber, and the flue gas flows through the flue pipe to the smoke chamber and chimney. The steam generator burns under slightly positive pressure. The layout of these steam generators has a reasonable structure, thorough combustion, high thermal efficiency, good safety performance, smoke emissions and noise in line with environmental standards. It is characterized by high degree of automation, fast steam output and high thermal efficiency.
Product Advantages:
1. It adopts electronic automatic ignition, mechanical high-pressure injection, air pressure high (low) protection (gas fuel), automatic control of oil temperature (heavy oil and residual oil), automatic air volume proportional adjustment, and the control of its various actions is completed by the program controller.
2. Adopting domestic and foreign advanced electronic detection circuit for automatic control, adopting interlocking control of water level with water pump and burner.
3. The gas supply system is equipped with a leakage detection device, gas pressure high and low protection switch and other safety protection devices, which makes the steam generator run safely and reliably.
