Product introduction:
The DZH biomass horizontal steam boiler is a kind of horizontal three-return water-fire tube mixed boiler, and a bunch of threaded smoke pipe is arranged in the boiler barrel. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with light tube water cooling walls. Using light movable grate, manual feeding, equipped with blower, induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt a new energy-saving technology. The fuel falls on the grate, enters the furnace and burns, and the flame passes through the rear arch refraction to turn upward through the burning chamber on both sides of the body to the front smoke box, then returns to the inner tube bundle of the pot from the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and then exhausts to the atmosphere by the induced fan through the flue to the chimney. The high efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe is used to enhance the heat transfer effect, achieve the boiler temperature rise, pressure rise fast, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
Product characteristics:
1. Grate with reasonable air distribution, large combustion chamber, strong applicability of coal. Suitable for all kinds of bituminous coal or anthracite, mixed coal. Burn well. Because the high temperature flue gas first enters the settling chamber, and then enters the two wing flue and the front smoke box from both sides, the smoke removal and dust removal effect is good.
2. The water circulation is simple, the structure of the pressurized parts is reasonable, and it can be safely operated under the condition of ensuring water quality.
3. The combustion equipment is a fast-loading grate. The combustion equipment is manufactured and installed in the factory, and can be directly installed on the foundation after being transported to the site. With reasonable structure, compact, low steel consumption, so that the boiler performance, weight, structure size compared with the same capacity products have obvious.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection: The gasification combustion technology is adopted, the gasification rotary combustion chamber is set up, and the swirl secondary air distribution is built in to make the fuel burn more fully.
5. And the use of efficient heat transfer elements - threaded smoke pipe, with a reasonable flue gas flow rate, so that the boiler thermal efficiency is higher. The thermal efficiency is more than 85%.
