Product introduction:

YYQW series organic heat carrier furnace is a horizontal coil structure heating equipment developed and designed on the basis of imported equipment from abroad. It is mainly composed of the body and the combustion chamber. The high temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of natural gas enters the body and exchanges heat with the organic heat carrier in the coil by means of radiation heat transfer and convective heat transfer. The closed circuit forced circulation of the organic heat carrier system is realized by the circulating oil pump, and the heat carrier obtained in the body serves as the heat source to supply the heat equipment.

1. Large diameter combustion chamber
The combustion chamber of the boiler is composed of a large diameter coil, the fuel combustion space is sufficient, the combustion is complete, and the thermal efficiency is high.
2. Optimal coil design
The spiral coil inside and outside the furnace body is made of multi-head and small-diameter steel pipe. The coil has good thermal expansion performance, low stress, safety and reliability.
3. Optimal process design
Flue gas three return, the medium flows through the inner and outer coil, the flow rate is uniform, the operation is safe and stable.
