CWNS series automatic oil (gas) horizontal hot water boiler (utility model patent), the use of horizontal three-return wet back structure, improve the boiler operating environment, improve boiler efficiency and service life; All flue gas channels are placed in water, the tail is equipped with waste heat water tank and perfect insulation outsourcing design, and the smoke box seal adopts labyrinth structure to avoid the smoke box leakage phenomenon. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is as high as 90~97%, and the combination of corrugated furnace and conical furnace with good expansion performance is adopted. The furnace furnace size is consistent with the flame, and the flue gas flow area is reduced to make the flue gas flow at the same speed, ensuring the heat exchange time of high temperature flue gas in the furnace, and achieving the best heat transfer effect. The high performance burner that is fully matched with the boiler is fully automatic adjusted to make the combustion full, save fuel and reduce pollution. The use of ultra-fine glass wool with high thermal insulation performance, less heat loss; The intelligent energy-saving control system is used to control the boiler and water supply, heating and automatic water temperature system, and adjust the fuel supply combined with different loads to save energy.
