Features:

1) The drum is composed of an arched tube plate and a threaded smoke pipe, which transforms the drum from a quasi steel body to a quasi elastic structure, eliminating the tensile components in the tube plate area and reducing stress. The smoke pipe has been changed from two round trips to one round trip, solving the problem of cracking of the pipe plate.
(2) Due to the arrangement of the rising pipe row at the bottom of the steam drum, the stagnant water area at the bottom of the steam drum is eliminated, making it difficult for mud to deposit and effectively cooling the high-temperature area of the steam drum, preventing bulging at the bottom of the boiler shell.
(3) Adopting efficient heat transfer threaded smoke pipes to achieve enhanced heat transfer effects, achieving the characteristics of boiler heating and pressure boosting, and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
