The AIGUO WNS series oil/gas boiler is an automatic horizontal internal combustion three return wet back type oil (gas) quick loading boiler. It features a large combustion chamber design that allows for fuller combustion. The pipe thread structure is designed to enhance heat transfer. The boiler is equipped with international first-class brand burners and valves, as well as an automatic control device and safety protection device. The automatic water level control, low water level alarm, furnace stop device, automatic steam pressure control, and overpressure alarm are all included. The boiler also comes with automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation, and flameout safety protection to ensure the safe operation of the boiler. This boiler is usually suitable for 500kg to 20t/h capacity.

This design features three returns, making it effective in lowering exhausted smoke temperature. It has been developed with the latest technology, incorporating a combustion chamber with large volume as well as a renowned world-class burner, guaranteeing supreme efficiency and minimal failure rate.
Furthermore, this design has adopted an improved corrugated furnace pipe structure that increases the heat surface area while allowing the furnace pipe to freely expand when exposed to high heat. It has also been equipped with a wet back structure that is renowned for its reliable performance and minimal maintenance cost.
The wet type flue gas flow and compact construction help in preventing tube plate cracking. With careful calculation of the heated area, this design can confidently provide an assured output capacity.
