AIGUO WNS series oil/gas boiler is a kind of automatic horizontal internal combustion three return wet back type oil (gas) quick loading boiler. It uses a large combustion chamber to provide a full combustion, and the thread-structure pipe enhances the heat transfer effect. Furthermore, the boiler isequipped with international first-class brand burner and valve group, as well as perfect automatic control device and safety protection device.
The safety protection device allows for automatic water level control and dangerous low water level alarm, while the automatic steam pressure control and overpressure alarm protect against improper operation. Meanwhile, the boiler features automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation, and flameout protection to ensure the safe operation of the boiler. This boiler is suitable for a capacity of 500 kg to 20t/h.

The three returns design of this product, makes the exhausted smoke temperature low. It has also adopted the latest technology with a combustion chamber in large volume that is equipped with a world-renowned burner. This combustion makes the combustion more sufficient and ensures higher efficiency and lower failure rate. The advanced corrugated furnace pipe structure increases the heat surface area. It is designed to allow free expansion of the furnace pipe after heating. Furthermore, it is made with a wet back structure which brings high reliability and low maintenance cost. The wet type flue gas flow and compact structure prevent the tube plate cracking and the heated area is accurately calculated in order to assure the output.
