AIGUO WNS series oil/gas boiler is a kind of automatic horizontal internal combustion three-return wet-back type oil (gas) quick-loading boiler. It is equipped with a large-volume burning chamber, providing for more full and complete combustion. The pipe adopts a thread structure to enhance the thermal transfer effect, making it highly efficient.
The boiler is equipped with international first-class brand burners and valves and a perfect automatic control device and safety protection device. This ensures automatic water level control and low water level alarm, stopping the furnace when the level is low; automatic steam pressure control and overpressure alarm, and boiler automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation, and flameout protection to ensure safe operation of the boiler.
This boiler is suitable for an output of 500 kg to 20 t/h.
Features:
This boiler has a three returns design, which leads to a lower exhausted smoke temperature. It utilizes the latest technology, designed with a large volume combustion chamber and equipped with a world-known burner, allowing for rapid and thorough combustion while providing higher efficiency and a lower rate of defects.
The boiler adopts an advanced corrugated furnace pipe structure. This increases the size of the heat surface area and permits free expansion of the furnace pipe after heating. Additionally, it consists of a wet back structure which increases reliability while reducing maintenance cost.
The wet type flue gas flow and its compact structure also works to dissuade tube plate cracking. Science and calculations have enabled for precise heated area estimation, thus fully assuring the output.
